These terms cover your use of Karmy, a Telegram bot that helps you grow on Reddit. By using Karmy you agree to them, so please read them.
The service
Karmy suggests where to comment and when to post, writes drafts, and can run karmitos that comment and post on your behalf. Karmy is a tool to help you do Reddit marketing well. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or operated by Reddit or Telegram.
Your account and your karmitos
You are responsible for the activity you run through Karmy, including anything your karmitos post. You must follow Reddit's rules and each subreddit's rules. Karmy is designed to act carefully and like a real person, but we cannot guarantee an account will never be actioned by Reddit, and you accept that risk when you use the service.
Acceptable use
Don't use Karmy for spam, scams, harassment, illegal content, or to promote anything you are not allowed to promote. Don't try to break, overload or reverse-engineer the service. We may suspend accounts that abuse these terms.
Billing and cancellation
Karmy is free for the first 30 days, no card required. After that it is €20 per month. Each karmito is an optional add-on (coming soon; pricing to be announced). Paid plans renew automatically until you cancel. You can cancel anytime from Telegram and keep access until the end of your current period. Fees already paid are non-refundable except where the law requires otherwise.
No guarantee of results
Karmy helps you show up in the right places, but upvotes, traffic, rankings and AI mentions depend on many things outside our control. We don't promise specific results, and the service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.
Limitation of liability
To the extent allowed by law, Karmy is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, lost profits, or for any account action taken by Reddit. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months before the claim.
Termination
You can stop using Karmy at any time. We may suspend or end your access if you break these terms or if we have to for legal or security reasons.
Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. If a change is material we will let you know in Telegram or by updating the date above. Continuing to use Karmy means you accept the new terms.
