An alternatives page should name more than one option. The dedicated landing pages argue for Karmy. The pages in this folder include the cases where a different tool is the right one.
GummySearch is the research case. F5Bot is the alert case. If your problem is 'I do not know which sub to watch', start with research. If your problem is 'I know the sub and I still miss the thread', start with Karmy. Buying both kinds of tool and posting from all of them is how accounts get burned.
Pick the unfinished job
If you do not know the subs, you need research, and Reddit search is the free version. If you know the subs and you miss the thread, you need a watch. If you only need to hear your brand name, including on Hacker News, an alert is enough and a reply tool is extra. Buying all three on day one is how the account ends up posting from several drafts that do not sound like the same person.
