For agencies

Reddit for every client,
without an SDR reading Reddit all day.

One Karmy account, one mission per client. When someone on Reddit asks for what a client sells, or complains about their competitor, you get the thread and a draft in the client’s voice, in Telegram or in that client’s Slack channel. Your team makes it theirs and posts. Nothing goes out without a person.

01 · THE PROBLEM

You cannot hand-search Reddit for ten clients

Reddit rewards the first useful reply in a thread. To catch that moment for one client you would have to watch a dozen subreddits all day. For ten clients it is impossible, so most agencies either skip Reddit or check it once a week and arrive when the thread is already buried.

Karmy watches for you. When someone in a subreddit asks for what a client sells, or complains about that client’s competitor, you get the thread and a draft reply. More detail on Reddit lead generation for agencies and on monitoring several clients at once. Your account manager makes it theirs and posts it.

WHAT AN AGENCY GETS
✓ One account, one mission per client (5 on Growth, 20 on Scale)
✓ Each mission with its own product, use cases, tone and subreddits
✓ A ping with the thread and a draft in the client’s voice, within the hour, while the thread is still fresh
✓ Each mission routed to its own Slack channel if you want
✓ No per-seat and no per-client fees
✗ No client logins or client workspaces (yet)
✗ No white-label app
✗ No automatic posting on anyone’s account

02 · HOW IT MAPS

One mission per client

A mission is a product with its use cases, its tone and the subreddits Karmy found for it. Set one up per client in a couple of minutes: name, website, what people use it for. Karmy proposes the subreddits, you confirm, and the scanning starts.

Every opportunity carries the mission name, so nothing gets mixed up between clients, whether it lands in Telegram, in Slack or in your own tool through the webhook.

03 · THE DAILY LOOP

What an account manager actually does with it

Morning

Open the client’s Slack channel. Two or three threads from the last hours, each with a draft. Pick the one that fits, adapt two sentences, post from the client’s account. Ten minutes.

During the day

A fresh thread appears in the channel. If it is hot, answer now: the first good reply in a thread is the one that stays visible. If not, leave it for tomorrow’s round.

Weekly

Scan the mission’s activity in the Mini App: what was answered, what got upvotes, what was removed. That is the raw material for the client’s monthly note.

When a competitor slips

On Scale, the weekly competitor watch tells you when people complain about the client’s competitor or ask for an alternative, with the thread and a draft. That is the moment to be present.

04 · DELIVERY

Telegram for you, Slack for the team, webhook for your stack

You get every opportunity in Telegram with Copy draft, Open thread and Done buttons. On Growth, Send anywhere POSTs the same opportunities to any URL, and a Slack or Discord webhook gets a readable message. Each mission can point to its own channel.

Shared Slack Connect channel with the client? Point the mission there and the client sees the thread and the draft the moment you do. Name the webhook after your agency if you prefer.

THE PITCH, IN THREE LINES
1. “Here are the subreddits where your buyers are asking for this.”
2. “Here are the threads from this week where your competitor was named.”
3. “Here is what we would have replied. Want us to do this every day?”
05 · PITCHING REDDIT TO A PROSPECT

Show them their own threads before they sign

Drop a prospect’s website into the free Reddit report. In about a minute you get the subreddits where their buyers ask questions, the threads where a competitor is named, and a first draft. No signup, one report per domain. It is the cheapest way to answer “does Reddit matter for us?” with their data, not yours.

06 · PRICING FOR AGENCIES

One price, no seats, no per-client fees

Weighing this against outsourcing it? See what a Reddit agency retainer includes. Growth is €19 a month for up to 5 missions with Slack delivery. Scale is €39 a month for up to 20 missions, plus the weekly competitor watch and the MCP for your AI tools. Add as many teammates to the Slack channels as you like; Karmy never charges per person.

FAQ

Questions

Do I need a separate Karmy account for each client?

No. One account, one mission per client. Growth holds 5 missions, Scale holds 20. Each mission has its own product, use cases, tone, target subreddits and, if you want, its own Slack channel.

What does it cost for 10 clients?

Scale, €39 a month, covers up to 20 missions. There is no per-client or per-seat fee on top. If you need more than 20, write to us from the Telegram bot and we sort it out.

Can each client have their own Slack channel?

Yes. Open the mission and paste the Incoming Webhook of that client’s channel. Only that mission goes there. See Karmy for Slack.

Can my clients log in and see their own data?

Not today. Karmy has one login per account, yours. The way agencies share today is a Slack channel per client (or a Slack Connect channel the client is in), where the thread and the draft arrive the moment Karmy finds them.

Can I white-label it?

Not the app. What you can do is name the Slack webhook after your agency or the client and use your own icon, so what the client sees in Slack carries your name, not ours. The Telegram bot and the Mini App stay Karmy.

Does Karmy post on the client’s Reddit account?

No. Karmy finds the thread and writes the draft. Your account manager reads it, adapts it, and posts from whichever Reddit account you use for that client. Nothing is published without a person.

Is there a client report?

Not a built-in one. Every opportunity carries the mission name, subreddit, thread and draft, so the log of what Karmy found per client is in the Slack channel and in the mission’s activity in the Mini App. Agencies that report monthly pick the threads they answered from there.

Can I try it with one client first?

Yes. Every account starts with 10 days free and one mission. Run it on the client where Reddit most likely matters, then add the rest.
